Tori Amos - Living on a Prayer (cover).

I’ve been on a serious Tori Amos high ever since the “Night of Hunters” album/tour news started flooding. I’ve been listening to her as if I had first discovered her 10 tens ago. I thought I’d continue the posts I do about some of my favorite live covers she did during the “Original Sinsuality” tour. This is another one of my favorites. Not much I have to say about this, except that I get crazy goosebumps when Tori sings:

“We’ve got to hold on to what we’ve got

It doesn’t make a difference if we make it or not

We’ve got each other and that’s a lot for love

We’ll give it a shot”

….Ok there is more I have to say. Tori adds her own little bridge to the song, singing “living on these hands, living on these hands of mine, living on these hands” and the crowd goes absolutely mental. Hardcore goosebumps.
