Jeffrey Straker - Brand New Ocean video.

One of my favorite Canadian piano-popsters has just released the first video from his new album. This song “Brand New Ocean” is just the type of fun cabaret-romp/pop that I’ve come to expect from Mr. Straker.

I’ve seen Jeffrey live a couple of times, he always puts on a fantastic show. His sets are always full of energy and playfulness. He’s a great guy, always recognizing me and my buddies and coming around to say hi, etc. If you like this song you should check out his debut album “Step Right Up” on his website. His second album, still untitled, is due out later this year.
